SUPPORT OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND ACADEMIA

As academics and being mostly employed by the university, we are aware of the importance to include the conservation of the large fauna in higher education . We also have experience in dealing with the human-wildlife conflict both in terms of predation and competition, including crop-riding. Therefore, we do support our alma mater in the promotion of study programmes aiming to connect wildlife conservation with sustainable agriculture and bridging the gap between livestock breeders and wildlife conservationists. 

Together with our home university we provide a tailored higher education programmes focused on wildlife conservation in Western Africa.
